What can I expect from you as my therapist?

When you choose to work with me, you’re not just receiving therapy- you’re gaining a trusted partner in your journey towards healing and self-discovery. My role goes beyond listening and guiding; I serve as a mentor, advisor, and advocate for your growth. Together, we will uncover the tools you need to navigate life’s challenges and take meaningful steps towards the life you want.

What is your rate?

A fee structure has been created so that clients can customize their treatment needs. I accept all credit cards, including HSA/FSA cards.

Intake Assessment: 120 mins $300

A complete comprehensive psychological evaluation to include a written report and diagnosis. This service can be an individual service or used for the creation of our treatment plan.

Trauma Focused Care: 90 min $250 (Limited Space Available)

Extended session model has been shown to be more effective in trauma-focused therapy, and therefore this is the only model I offer. This is for clients with a primary diagnosis of a trauma-related disorder. This would be determined in our intake assessment. Clients may change fee structures once their level of care and diagnosis changes. Clients have access to resources, handouts, and guides I provide. Clients also have reasonable access to me outside of session through text or email.

Individual Therapy: 90 min $250 (Limited Space Available), 60 min $200, 45 min $175, 30 min follow-up/check-in $100

Clients can customize their care depending on their need level. 90 minute sessions must be scheduled in advanced and can not be a add-on during session due to scheduling. Clients are not locked-in to their fee structure, and may change week to week depending on availability. Clients with scheduled sessions of 60+ minutes have access to resources, handouts, and guides I provide. These clients also have reasonable access to me outside of session through text or email.

Skills Based: 30 min $100

These sessions are designed for clients who are interested in alternative care such as breath work, meditation, mindfulness exercises, and other somatic therapies. These are skills based sessions where we practice a model of: teach, show, do.

DBT Program: 60 min $200

These sessions are for clients who are looking to follow a DBT Program specific model. Clients have access to resources, handouts, and guides I provide. Clients also have reasonable access to me outside of session through text or email.

Do you accept insurance?

I’m in-network with UHC. I am insurance friendly, meaning, I provide an additional benefit of filing your insurance claims for out-of-network coverage. If you have OON coverage with your insurance, I will file claims on your behalf and ensure that you get your reimbursement faster so that you can use that money to put back into your therapy!

How long can I expect to come to therapy?

There is no definitive answer to this question. There are many factors that we must account for when determining what your treatment plan may look like. Some individuals find they have made significant progress within their first few sessions, while others choose to continue long-term sessions.

What if I cannot make it to my session?

It is understandable that sometimes our plans must change or things come up. I ask that you give me a 24-hour cancellation notice, otherwise I do charge a no-show fee. Before our first session together, I will send you all required paperwork and documentation that reviews policy and procedures.
