We will create a detailed and thorough treatment plan together that focuses on general and specific goals that we have for our overall treatment.
You will complete daily/weekly homework assignments that aligns with our treatment goals. We will monitor progress through data collection from assessment tools and through evidence of your progress reported.

Our online sessions take place using a HIPAA-secure platform, much like Skype or Zoom. Prior to your scheduled appointment, a private link will be sent to your e-mail. At the scheduled time, simply click the link to enter our virtual therapy room.
