  • You will complete daily/weekly homework assignments that aligns with our treatment goals. We will monitor progress through data collection from assessment tools and through evidence of your progress reported.

  • We will use a combination of trauma-focused, DBT, ACT, and EMDR therapeutic approaches and modalities in our therapy. We will learn brain science of what we are doing through each step so you can learn what is happening within your body. We will incorporate somatic practices- and practice together.

  • By the time most of my clients enter treatment, they have already been working with medical professionals to address symptoms related to their illnesses. Many of my clients have tried multiple medical providers. By the time they enter therapy, they are mentally burnt out from their illness and come to therapy to have space to process their anger and trauma related to their illness.
